1. What are the steps to follow to buy from the online store?

Select the product you are interested in from the classified sections of the online store, and with one click you will see an enlarged photo and detailed information about it.

Add the item to your basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

Select a payment method: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, etc.

Confirm your order and you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Is it safe to buy from the online store?

Yes. You can shop with complete peace of mind, as we put a lot of effort into providing resources to guarantee the security of your purchases and your data.

3. Are items marked ‘out of stock’ restocked?

If an item is out of stock, we will try to restock it as soon as possible. If there is no more stock available, we will remove it from the website.

4. How can I ensure that my purchase has been completed correctly?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service department here.

5. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or defective item?

If you ever receive an item that you did not order or that is faulty or defective, please contact our customer service department here.

6. What are the payment methods?

Any purchase from our online store can be paid by credit/debit card or PayPal.

7. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the destination of the shipment.
For domestic shipments, the delivery time to Spain is 2 to 5 working days.
For international shipments within the European Union, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 working days.
For other international destinations, it depends on the country.

8. How much will I have to pay for shipping costs?

Shipping to Spain is 4.95 EUR.

Shipping to Europe is 12.95 EUR.

Shipping to all other countries is 14.95 EUR.

For purchases over 200€, shipping is free.

9. Can I exchange my items or make a return?

Yes, you can return or exchange an item for the same reference or for another item. The exchange process must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the order, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred during this process.

10. When will I receive my refund for my return?

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the internal labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within a few days. Remember that the credit card refund always depends on your bank.

11. Do you have a shop and want to sell our products?

We have special prices for professionals. To register, you must be registered on the website.
